The USL PRO 2012 season gets underway tonight as Antigua Barracuda FC take on the Pittsburgh Riverhounds at Sir Vivian Richards Cricket Stadium in Antigua.  The two teams will be back at it on Sunday the 8th as well.

The Charlotte Eagles of the USL PRO have released their new kits for 2012. Thankfully these Admiral kits stay away from the monochromatic Adidas kits found in the MLS.

This is a couple months old now at this point but it doesn’t make it any less awesome.

"The Pittsburgh Riverhounds of USL PRO announced today they will join forces with Highmark and West Penn Allegheny Health System to play a key role in the construction of a $7.5 million stadium to serve as a home field for the franchise. The stadium will be constructed in Station Square, Pittsburgh’s preeminent mixed-use entertainment complex, with a completion date set for summer 2012."

The Richmond Kickers unveiled their new logo today moving from a heavily text based look to a much more traditional soccer crest.  A great way to visually legitimize an established organization.
